Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident when choosing MY CUP. If your order is not quite right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unburned, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For candles, this means the wick must be unlit and the candle must not have been burned.
Purchases from Other Channels
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from the MY CUP official website.
If your item was purchased from Amazon or another third-party marketplace, retailer, or reseller, please contact the original place of purchase for return, exchange, or refund support. MY CUP is unable to process returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of our official website.
Return Shipping
A $10 return shipping fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MY CUP is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another scent or product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
l Candles that have been burned or used
l Items not purchased directly from the MY CUP official website
l Items purchased from Amazon or any other third-party marketplace, retailer, or reseller
l Gift cards
l Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
l Products returned without prior approval
